fabulous song: saint simon of the shins-nice music. ladadada....
and this verse: I'm trying hard not to pretend Allow myself no mock defense Step into the night
i always sing as: I'm trying hard not to pretend Allow myself no monkey friends Step into the night
so perfect like that.

there's more women in the world than men. women are considered a minority.
i think an english teacher might call that logical fallacy. i would call it f*cked up.

DON'T WORRY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! IT'S GONNA BE OKAY!!!!!!!!!!
i think i've figured it out now accurately this time, iron & wine and the shins made covers of the postal service's songs (great heights/silhouettes), not the other way around!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
some stupid websites misled me but the majority of the other sites convince me otherwise, hopefully it's right. postal service is pure originality. if i'm disappointed again, i'll tantrum. yes, i make up verbs. y not.

have u been suffering from dry eyes? then click here for instantaneous (ok not quite that fast) tears. click but maybe not cuz its so sad for those that have hearts.
ANIMAL TESTED PRODUCTS(towards bottom) AND ONES NOT TESTED: i looked here, its sad cuz i use some. but i wanna limit as much as i can, hope u can too, that'd be nice.
so, that was sad. and moving on. piano, learn annoying music (non classical, its crazy talk! y did i ever agree to this madness?!?!)
sat's', yay. i know where i'm going now tho', i'm 'settling' but not really cuz its a good school, top 15ish engineering wise too so that works.
gonna do hw, study, play piano.
weather's been weird.
i like the brevity of each phrase after the first. whoop whoop fancy words to practice for sat. so since i'm bored, will stop boring u. adios.

i need to study for sat/act. finally started. here, i'm helping others too by sharing my fun vocab: *note-i've studied these way b4 so if i accidentally am repetitive here, dont be mad, its just cuz i forgot the meanings and reread from my source. -stoic: indifferent to or unaffected by pleasure or pain (that's funny cuz when i stoic things in chem it causes me lotsa pain, i didnt know it was a real word tho', interesting..., i wonder what other words i use are real too, could snad really be one? whoa.) -defenestrate: to throw out of a window. -supernumerary: exceeding a necessary or usual number. -deus ex machina: an agent who appears unexpectedly to solve an apparently insoluble difficulty. -hobbledehoy: an awkward, gawky young fellow. -uxorious: excessively fond of or submissive to a wife. (whoop whoop. oh esther greenwood, if only u'd have known this existed. -constitutional: a walk taken for one's health (hmm, & i thought it meant something relating to that wonderful document our country was run by.) -THIS IS JUST SPANISH I SWEAR-incommunicado: without means or right to communicate. -(now german)wunderkind: one who achieves success or acclaim during youth. -WHY ARE ALL OF THESE WORDS JUST WORDS IN OTHER LANGUAGES? -pukka-(hindi) first-class, authentic -kvetch(yiddish) complaint -grumpy basket-(apparently brit. for disagreeable guy) ok, this is no longer educational and i'm just doing this to amuse myself. so i'll actually be productive.
well i hope this was very educational(towards the beginning anyways). feeling a little less lazy now, whoop whoop. will even go play piano. maybe even that chopin piece i've been avoiding.

The Flying Dutchman
UNYIELDING in the pride of his defiance, Afloat with none to serve or to command, Lord of himself at last, adn all by Science, He seeks the Vanished Land.
Alone, by the one light of his one thought, He steers to find the shore from which he came, Fearless of in what coil he may be caught On seas that have no name.
Into the night he sails, and after night There is a dawning, thought there be no sun; Wherefore, with nothing but himself in sight, Unsighted, he sails on.
At last there is a lifting of the cloud Between the flood before him and the sky; And then--though he may curse the Power aloud That has no power to die--
He steers himself away from what is haunted By the old ghost of what has been before,-- Abandoning, as always, and undaunted, One fog-walled island more.
Edwin Arlington Robinson (and i thought spongebob came up with the flying dutchman. k, ciao.)

'night.
note-calvin, such an enlightened kid, it's so kool that way, only disappointing becuz its not really a kid coming up with the comics. either way, theres gotta be someone out there like that, right? ok, i'll assume so. again, disappointing reality. like imaginations, what's the point? kids are only let down when they find out none of that stuff exists. so, what's the purpose? how about the purpose in life? i've thought a lot on that one but yeah, to lazy to type it all out. go calvin, whoop whoop!

went to brueggeurs to work on my english project w/ abbey/tia/sami/kit. it was fun and even productive! i got a free caribou drink cuz no one claimed it, my fave drink too-orea snowdrift, yum... abbey had a song in the car with romanian in it so i translated it only some parts were to psycho for me to get. something about being like picasso etc. started the practice psat booklet.
today: psats, that was ok. i don't have much to say, hmm. well tonite i'm going to aarti's thing-mum's driving me later cuz i can't go that early and don't wanna drive by myself(nor does my mum.) k, instead of posting a survey that makes U guys do the work of filling it out i'll do this one where i fill it out cuz i'm bored.

need to play piano. now i went and jinxed it. great. i'm upset with myself. grr. my halloween ensemble(say it with a french accent). yup.

i'm a b*tch, i had no clue he was that generous:
Microsoft co-founder Bill Gates has taken first place on a list of the richest people in the US for the 11th consecutive year.
According to the Forbes 400 List, the billionaire tycoon is said to be sitting on a personal fortune of $26.7 billion (£14.8 billion).
It was announced in January that Gates is to be presented with an honorary knighthood, in recognition of his services to enterprise and the voluntary sector in the UK.
Gates and his wife Melinda are the most generous charitable donors in the US, having donated a total of $23 billion (£12.7 billion)to worthy causes.
Forbes magazine will publish its annual list on October 11.
